Allen Capital Group is seeking qualified professionals to serve in the following two positions:

STATE PRESIDENT

As State President, the successful candidate will be responsible for building and leading a highly professional team of Business Consultants who possess specific business expertise in the development and implementation of the processes, procedures and systems that constitute the infrastructure of small and mid-sized businesses. The primary function of the State’s Team is helping business clients make more money. The State Business Consultant team must be experienced in the Retail, Wholesale, Service and Manufacturing industries.

Therefore, The State President must meet the following criteria:

  • ♦ Be self motivated and success driven.
  • ♦ Possess professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • ♦ Acquired a successful track record with a minimum of ten years in organizing, leading and managing human resources.
  • ♦ Acquired a successful track record with a minimum of ten years as a business and/or financial development officer or consultant for small and mid-sized business clients.
  • ♦ Acquired a minimum of a four year College degree in a suitable profession that will support the career description for the State President’s position.
  • ♦ Be Microsoft literate in Power Point, Excel, Word and Outlook.



SALES MANAGERS AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICERS

Allen Capital Group provides an exclusive business development division within our company in support of Royal Atlantic’s products and services. This business development division is responsible for identifying and contracting prospective clients to purchase internet marketing services from Royal Atlantic.

The Sales Manager position will lead a specific team of Business Development Officers in support of the Affiliation Agreement between Allen Capital Group and Royal Atlantic. Application letters and resumes are now being accepted for all candidates who meet the following criteria:

BUSINESS CONSULTANT

As Business Consultant, a successful candidate must live in an United States location with a population of at least 100,000. The market location must consist of a mix of small to mid-sized businesses in manufacturing, wholesale, retail and service industries. The successful candidate must be able to establish a home office with acceptable means of communication.

The successful candidate’s primary responsibility requires calling on potential business clients, identifying specific needs of the client as those needs relate to the services provided by Allen Capital Group. Upon the consummation of a Client Service Contract, the successful candidate will take the lead position with the Client in developing and implementing infrastructure processes, procedures and systems; some examples of which are located on the ‘What We Do’ page of this website. Also, the successful candidate will develop and implement, on a timely basis, a review and analysis of those disciplines located on the ‘What We Do’ page of this website. When required, the successful candidate, in partnership with the client, will amend, revise and improve the Client’s infrastructure processes, procedures and systems in support of Allen Capital Group’s mission statement; “Our business is helping your business make money.”
