Upon agreeing to receive services provided by Allen Capital Group, the business owner will complete a Client Service Contract which will outline the services and the disclosures of Allen Capital Group’s accountability to performing these services in a confidential manner.

The following paragraph in the Client Service Contract outlines Allen Capital Group’s responsibilities in maintaining a fiduciary accountability regarding confidential client information.

Allen Capital Group acknowledges and agrees that all financial and accounting records, customer lists and all other Client data and information related to the Client’s business (hereby collectively “Confidential Information”) are valuable assets to the Client. Except disclosures required to be made to advance the business of the Client and information which is a matter public record, Allen Capital Group shall not, during the term of the written Client Service Contract, or after the termination of such Contract, disclose any Confidential Information to any person or use any Confidential Information for the benefit of Allen Capital Group, or any other person, except with the written consent of the Client.
